In his book, Dr. Pizzolo examines the doctrine of Eurasianism from a geopolitical, strategic and philosophical point of view. The author pays special attention to the idea of Russian Eurasianism – a conservative political ideology based on the philosophy of traditionalism, geopolitical narrative, and on the idea of Russia’s special historical mission, as well as the controversial “Russian character” as one of the most important exponents.
